Aloe Vera – Air Purifying

What’s great about Aloe Vera is that it emits oxygen at night time whilst simultaneously taking in carbon dioxide- something we naturally produce when breathing.  All this leads to a purer quality of air and a better night’s sleep and this study was done by NASA.

So as well giving you health benefits while you sleep, they are lovely to look at while your awake and are very low maintenance member of the family and it’s normally to much love through water that sees them leave!

• Their leaves hold a lot of water, so they don’t need frequent watering. Water them only when their soil is dry
• They don’t cope well with the cold. The temperature of most homes should be fine but keep them away from draughts
• They enjoy a spot with lots of bright light, though not too much direct sun. They won’t enjoy living in shade.
• Toxic to pets if ingested
